1. Chocolate Coffee Pudding
Ingredients
For Rusk Layer:
• 10–12 rusk biscuits

For Coffee Soak:
• ½ cup milk
• 1 tsp coffee powder
• 1 tsp sugar

For Cornflour Slurry:
• 2 tsp cornflour
• ¼ cup water

For Pudding:
• 1 glass (approx. 200 ml) milk
• 2 tsp coffee powder
• 2 tsp cocoa powder
• 2–3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
• Cornflour slurry (prepared above)
• 250 ml fresh cream (like Amul fresh cream)

For Crunchy Caramel:
• ½ cup sugar

For Decoration:
• Chocolate sauce
• Crushed caramel crunch

2. Mango Coconut Pudding
Ingredients
• 8 Bread slices
• 2-3 Mangoes Mid-sized, Chopped
• ¾ cup Milk
• 1/3 cup Milk powder
• 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
• 1-1/2 tsp corn flour
• Sugar as per taste
• Pistachio for garnishing

3. Vermicelli Custard Pudding
Ingredients:
• Rusk biscuits
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tsp powdered sugar
• 7-8 cashews, chopped
• 6-7 almonds, chopped
• 6-7 pistachios, chopped
• 1 tbsp ghee

For the custard:
• 1 cup Vermicelli
• 2-3 tbsp Sugar
• 3-4 tbsp custard powder
• 1 tsp Cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp ghee
• Approximately 2 Cups Milk

For garnishing vermicelli:
• ½ cup vermicelli
• 1 tbsp ghee
• 1 tbsp milk powder
• 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Assembly:
• Rusk Biscuits
• Custard
• Roasted vermicelli
• Roasted nuts

4. Vanilla Chocolate Pudding
Vanilla Pudding
Ingredients
• 500ml Milk
• 2 tbsp Custard Powder
• 2 tbsp Corn flour
• Ghee as required
• Sugar to taste

Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
• 500 ml Milk
• 3 tbsp Corn flour
• 1 tsp Cocoa powder
• ½ tsp Coffee powder
• 10 pic Biscuit
