The first role of a disciple is to be a learner. Albert Einstein stated, " when you stop learning, you start dying." We think this is true, especially in the spiritual realm. The day you think you got Jesus figured out and stop trying to learn about and from Him is the day you stop growing spiritually. The same can be said about making disciples for Jesus. The day you think you know everything there is about making disciples is the day you stop making disciples for Jesus. This is why the first role of a disciple is to be a learner.
