Every year the family of my husband makes Ajvar. That's why in the green house you can see a lot of paprika my father in-law planted. One of the variety of the paprika is for Ajvar making. This recipe is a very tedious one. It took us two days or maybe longer to finish making the #ajvar. This is a very famous condiment here in Bosnia and in the Balkan country.
