Lilian Hiw presents her first publication "Home Cooked Food" at Waterstones in the Buttermarket, Bury St Edmunds.

Lilian is from Singapore, but has lived in Bury St Edmunds for the past 35 years. She is passionate about Asian food and she has created a multi-faceted business. She is a Private Chef, Supplies Corporate Events, Cookery Classes, and Teens & Childrens Parties.
