a (dairy-free and refined sugar-free) cardamom pistachio ice cream that I spent way too much time developing and writing (there’s maybe too much detail in the blog post). the beauty of this recipe is that you can customize it: use cane sugar if you like, swap out the nut milk for heavy cream and milk, etc.

hot tip: for the best ice cream cones, go to your local ice cream shop and get their cones, they’re so much better than the grocery store ones!
