Triumph TR7 Restoration Part 1 The Story So Far

I've been working on restoring Rosie, my Triumph TR7, for some time now. Twelve years, in fact. Not much has happened in the last few years, but now it's time to unearth the project and get the restoration underway again!

This video will be a little different to the rest in this series, I don't have any video of what went on before, just still pictures. So by way of introduction, I put together this montage of the story so far and added a short walk round video showing the car as she is right now.

The restoration is going to kick off again with the front end of the TR7 - welding the front wings was one of the major stalling points in this project but that's all done now. I'll be cleaning up the paint, getting rid of any rust still remaining and then spraying with epoxy primer, slowly working my way to the back of the car.
