(3rd strike) Basic Oro combos/setups

For Urien you need to do a similar setup to those of shotos:
[close mp x qcf mk] x2, close mp (first hit) x lp SA2, dash forward, walk forward a step, dash forward, neutral jump, double jump forward, j.mk

The setups showcased on Makoto work on Chun li.

The setup showcased on Chun li works on Makoto.

The super jump setup showcased on Alex works on Q.

The setup showcased on Elena works on Oro.

The setup showcased on Remy works on Ibuki (the only difference with the prior is that the delay between dashes is longer here).

The setup with whiffed normals showcased on Necro works on Twelve (the timing might be slightly different, haven't tested).

The setups showcased on Yun work on Yang.

The last setup, showcased on Yang, works on almost everyone. I believe that it won't stun characters with long stun bars.
