Can PH gov't stop ICC from pursuing probe into PH drug war? | ANC

Rundown: The International Criminal Court's pre-trial chamber has given the greenlight to investigate the Duterte administration's war on drugs. Attorney Ruben Carranza from the International Center for Transitional Justice says the palace may still appeal the ICC Chamber's decision to authorize the investigation. But he adds the ICC prosecutor is not stopped from conducting an investigation, or seeking warrants of arrest or summons.
