Drum fills are not always four beats long. The following examples show you several variations starting at different places in the beat.
You can also take each idea and turn in into your own fill.
A simple example of this would be to take the 8th notes at the end of the first fill and move them to other drums, or maybe add some accents to give it a little kick.

The more you create and "play with your ears", the better you will be when it comes to playing in a band.
I've written the sticking suggestions on some of them; try them out but feel free to come up with your own.

Remember...stay relaxed and COUNT out loud !!!
