In this video i go over the Racial Passive Changes you NEED to know before the Flames of Ambition Update. Now overall, there wasn't alot of changes. The most significant one is the Nord, but i still think it will be viable for some builds next patch. But we'll have to see how it shakes down and what becomes the "Meta"
