Who doesn't love Giada De Laurentiis with her big bright smile and fun cooking style? And who doesn't love an easy no bake dessert like Tiramisu? Well pair them together and you get an easy tiramisu recipe that anyone can make at home! Today we are craving a yummy dessert with strong coffee flavor and tiramisu never disappoints. For some reason we thought this is going to be hard because every time we've had it, it's been this beautifully assembled fluffy concoction that tastes delicious. Who knew it would be so easy? No bake desserts are right up our alley! Plus there isn't a lot of ingredients, it's all about highlighting each ingredient and that's what we're here for today. Will we love Giada's version of this Italian dessert? There's no shortage of egg or mascarpone cheese, but from what we've found there's usually heavy cream involved to fluff up and add extra creaminess to the custard, well Giada does not include that at all. Will it be light and fluffy like we're used to? Don't know until we start assembling, hurry up there's a lot of ladyfingers to soak!

QUICK TIPS WE LEARNED AFTER TEST:
1. Bring your eggs and mascarpone cheese to room temperature, if you forget just put place your eggs in warm water for 5 minutes. For the cheese, you can use the same method but make sure it's not hot.
2. The recipe has lower sugar content than what we've seen, if you like your dessert to be a little sweet then make sure you do heaping tablespoons. Meaning don't level off your spoon, scoop up big overflowing tablespoons.
3. Ladyfingers is what's called for in tiramisu, if you can't find it you can use Margherite cookies. But very important, these cookies need more dunking time in the coffee mixture as they're not as porous. Regular ladyfingers only need a second or two on each side before they start crumbling.
4. It's suggested that you can serve in 2 hours after it's been in the fridge, however with ladyfingers we found it was still wet and needed more time to set. I think 6 hours or overnight might be more ideal.
