The PlayStation Classic was announced to an initially positive reception, it wasn't a N64 Classic announcement but it was still exciting! However it seemed that shortly after the announcement and up to the release of it, this Classic console was hit with nothing but bad news. Some of these criticisms have included the somewhat low number of games, the polarizing reception of what games were chosen, the choice to go with the open source PCSX-ReARMed emulator, and utilizing PAL games for almost half the library. I wanted to try this out for myself and make my own final decision on this one to see if the PlayStation Classic hate bandwagon was justified, or if this was being blown out of proportion. What's the best way to form your own opinion on a device? Pick it up and review it yourself!
