Chef-Owner of Cheu Noodle Bar in Philadelphia, Ben Puchowitz, shows us how he mixes Passover dinner with Japanese Ramen to create his famous Brisket Ramen.

Brisket Ramen is made by braising the brisket with onions, garlic, ginger, and a green chili paste and cooking for about four hours. Combine it with Matzo balls and ramen for this delicious and creative dish!
