And remember North American espresso and European espresso are two different worlds, one is not better then the other they just bring you in different places ;).
I like to help people learn how to maintain there espresso machine... that's the only way to have a constant espresso coffee. I would like to set the records straight... Super automatic espresso machines are very good. Not because they make a good coffee but because they are able to make a better coffee then most people... so if you're coffee is never all that good, dont buy an expensive espresso machine buy a good automatic one ;)
