This is just a quick and easy way to finish Cayo Perico once your finally done filling up your bags, and want to make a quiet getaway. To complete Cayo Perico with this short cut exit, (as you'll see in the video) once your back outside from the safe, just go to the front door (executing anyone in view, or sneaking by) and activate the cutscene where you exit to the outside of the compound. grab a vehicle, jump it as far off the coast as u can, and just swim in the opposite direction of the island. (do your best to avoid the underwater mines, and if you need to pop up for air, make sure nobody is around). Eventually the payment cut scene will play and you'll be safe and sound back in Los Santos. Voila!! No more need for a return trip to your escape vehicle, and no more running around getting shot and losing your cash.
