Is Snapdragon 8 Elite a Hot Mess? 8 Elite vs. 8 Gen 3!

I will do several tests to see if the new Snapdragon 8 Elite gets hot! We are hearing several contradictory claims about it. On the one hand, it is 30-40% more power efficient, but on the other hand, folks claim that they burned their hands playing on a Snapdragon 8 Elite phone. I used the Xiaomi 15 and Samsung Galaxy S24 Snapdragon in this test.
