“Love people and treat people equally. Do not put others on a pedestal.”
“Your voids create your values. So whatever you missed out on as a kid is going to drive your values as an adult.”
“You have to sacrifice your dreams or time with people if they are not going the same way you are going. “
“You have to be in proximity to the people you want to be like.”
“Turn your FOMO into JOMO….JOY of missing out.”

[12:00] Who you surround yourself with

“You have to have some level of self belief, mixed with confidence, and humility.”
“Be intentional about who you are spending time with”
“Spend time with people who are hungry and want to level up”
“Physical results are a result of a spiritual evolution”
“You should have friends that cause you to rethink what is possible for you and can see the gifts and talents you have but encourage you to think better.”

“Your unconscious beliefs about yourself and the world.”
“You cant out perform your identity”
“Your identity is your lid to the outside world”
“We see the world not for what it is but who we are”
“If you want peak results it takes a constant death and rebirth of identity”
“Take responsibility of how you see yourself”
“If you don’t have a result its not because you aren’t good enough its not because you don’t have the skills… your paradigm.. your set of beliefs about yourself and the world are not conducive to what you want”
“Identity elasticity the ability to be elastic and transition into identities with minimal resistance”
“Become conscious of your blind spots and limitations”
“If you show me your calendar Ill show you your life”

[25:00] Chris’s Journey With Click Up

“Be unwilling to lose”
“Compress time limits and breakthrough what you think is possible”
“You’re not supposed to hoard knowledge. You are supposed to learn it and use it in the real world.”
“You have to back up affirmations with evidence. Shifts occur from evidence but you have to believe it”
“You have to build trust with yourself.”

When is enough enough?
“There is no North Star metric of ok if I hit this then I will be happy.
“The achievement of the goals is never what makes you happy..its the process”
“Everyday do you look in the mirror and are you proud of yourself?”
“Am I pursuing something toward”

[40:00]Intentional Imbalance

“Be okay with being unbalanced in certain areas of your life for a season”
“I've negotiated the price before the Negotiation process is over”
“Know your values hierarchy”

[45:00] Habits

“The closest thing to a limitless pill is a stack of good habits”
“Habits are unconscious actions”
“As you stack habits they compound”
“Stack good habits and get rid of the negative habits “
“Prioritize and plan your days”
“Decide who you no longer want to be”
“Die to self daily”
“Pre-plan how you want to show up.
“It can happen”

“The matrix is self imposed limitations”
“What do I want and why do I want it?”
“Have the vulnerability to trust yourself and question yourself”
“If your life was a book would you want to read it?’
“Do things that shock you about who you think you are”
“You are capable of so much more than what the world has told you”
“Get beyond your fears and limitations”
“None of this happens on accident its an intentional effort everyday”
