Yet another Thursday build for the Dev Channel - build 25231!

In this one there are no big new features but those who have been left out of testing cool new features will now get them if they didn't have them already! The tablet optimized taskbar, new system tray, updated cloud suggestions for the Simplified Chinese IME and an updated spelling dictionary are all fully available to all Dev Insiders on 25231!

There's also an updated Reset this PC UI that's disabled by default. It matches the Windows 11 UI and respects your light/dark mode preference, and can be enabled with ViVeTool:
vivetool /enable /id:41598133
vivetool /enable /id:36390579 (required for all redesigned Settings UIs/dialogs)
