As soon as i walked in Staff Started Complaining and going crazy over me recording inside. They called security and he started Harassing me and Violating My 1st Amendment right. I really tired to De Escalate The Situation. All charges where dismissed by the false reports made by the employees.

I will do a follow up Audit on this location again soon! But this time, I won’t be alone.

They Ended up charging me with 4 charges.

1)ARS- 13-2904A3. Disorderly Conduct-Language/Gesture To Provoke
2)ARS- 13-2402A1.Obstructing Government Operation-Public Servant
3)ARS- 13-2921A1. Harassment By Communication
4)ARS- 13-1502A1. CRIM TRESP 3RD DEG/PROPERTY .
