In this video I show all of my emotions, routines, and rituals leading into the Unites States 10k cross country championships race. I also voiceover the entire race and explain my strategy, thoughts, and feelings during each stage of the race. I have documented every part of my build up toward this race, and it has not been smooth, but I was able exceed my expectations and qualify for Team USA and I am going to worlds!!!
