You will massage out your legs, back and neck while aligning your spine.
It's important to allow your muscles recovery to relieve tension, lactic acid build up from exercise and boost circulation for good health.

Think of it like a free massage! If you are super sore then please do some stretches before. Remember to take deep breaths while using the foam roller and engage your abdominals and core to help with weight distribution while on the foam roller.
