Method:-



Ingredients

Cow Milk- 500Ml
Ankado Stick- 1 Stick
Sugar- As per taste
Elachi Powder- As per taste


(Ankado Stick is also know Aak in Hindi and Calotropis In English)


Take the Ankado stick and wash it properly with clean water,
Take a bowl and add 500ml Milk,
Turn on the Medium flame and Cut the Ankado stick into half and pour its juice in the Milk and Stir milk continuously with that stick only.

After continuously Stirring Milk for 5-7 minutes the milk will get curdle and water will get seperate, Stir curdle Milk on low flame so it does not get stick in vessel.

Once the milk get totally curdled add sugar as per your taste and stir ( I have added 1&Half Teaspoon of sugar)

TIP- If You are Diabetic Person you can skip adding Sugar

Turn off the Flame and Add Elachi Powder as per your taste.
Serve in a serving bowl and consume it all at once.
