Hi friends! Today I'm talking about why we've finally decided to sleep train our 6 month old baby girl! I was against sleep training for so long but we've come to the conclusion that it's what's best for everyone. I know it's going to be hard to sleep train after co-sleeping with her up until now, but we're going to try the Ferber method and see how it goes! Wish us luck!
