The gruesome reality of child sacrifice came to light when an O.U.R. employee learned that a young boy he played soccer with went missing. After two days of searching for him, they found him, dead in a pool of his own blood.

Trafficking for child sacrifice can take different forms, but the practice echoes that of child sex trafficking as children are violated for the use of their bodies. This ritualistic practice is driven by superstition and religious beliefs and varies from country to country.
