i am pretty sure this song is about cheating. dogs symbolize fidelity, which is where the name Fido derives from. And I think the line "i must have all your love" and "your leash is too long" are giveaways if the name of the dog isn't enough.

The song's obviously about cheating, sure (the artist is gay, incidentally), but I think there are some other funny elements.

"Fido" (the boydfriend/love interest) is obviously bisexual since he's "getting bitches in trouble"

The singer doesn't actually seem to mind TOO much that his love interest is sleeping around so much, that's pretty explicit ("I don't care what you ____") -- the singer just wants to make sure he has all of the love interest's love.
