Heavy duty stove top cleaning experiment just for the hell of it. Did this crazy drill brush attachment actually work?

I come across a lot of crazy burnt on stuff on stove tops when doing bond cleans or move out cleans. They are always hard yakka and … well … I guess I was hoping this thing might help!

But there was a drought on heavy duty burnt on food stove tops. So, I created one!

Yep, this is our stove top and, for the sake of this experiment, no one was allowed to clean it for a few months. Luckily, I knew a few other tricks to get this back to looking new – because the bloody drill brush didn’t work !!

At least you can see how to clean up a pretty ratty stove top if you need to. Enjoy!

Products I used to clean this heavy duty stove top:

Well, definitely not the drill brush !! When that didn’t work, I used –

Jif (cream cleanser), a couple of brushes, a microfibre cloth and loads of Elbow Grease!

The really hard stuff came off using a plastic gift card as a scraper. This is great because it doesn’t scratch the stainless steel – give it a go.
