Sheet Pan Nachos Recipe - These easy nachos make a quick appetizer or a favorite supper! These are the best nachos and are so simple to make in your sheet pan

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoon Taco Seasoning Mix
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 cup water

Nachos
1 bag tortilla chips
Nacho Cheese Sauce warmed
15 ounce can black beans rinsed and drained
2 cups shredded cheese sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack
Tomato diced
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves chopped
2 green onions thinly sliced
Sliced jalapenos sliced you can use fresh or pickled

Instructions
Heat a large skillet. When hot, add the beef and break the meat as it cooks. Cook until no pink remains. Drain any excess grease from the skillet and return it to the heat. Add chopped onions and garlic and mix it well. Add taco seasoning, tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste.
Add water and Stir until well incorporated. Cook, stirring frequently, until all of the meat is brown, about 5 minutes. Once it’s done cooking Remove from the heat and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Arrange the tortilla chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and set aside.
Drizzle the Nacho Cheese Sauce over the chips, Top with the beef mix, beans, sweet corn and shredded cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and garnish with diced tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, pickled jalapeños and dollops of sour cream. Serve immediately and enjoy!
