◎ガラスのビンにレジンを入れる作品の注意点
・硬化して収縮し隙間が開く
・硬化して収縮が大きいと瓶が割れる
・何度も硬化すると横線ができてしまう

UVレジンは硬化すると、少なくとも1%縮むようなので、ビンとの間に隙間ができてしまいます。

瓶の内側全体にレジンが接していると、収縮によって引っ張られる応力がガラス内面にかかり、割れやすくなります。

また、硬化の際に熱が発生し、エネルギーが大きいとビンが割れてしまうことも。

ガラスは急激な温度変化や局所的な加熱に弱く、急激な加熱・冷却で割れることがあります（熱膨張率の違いによる応力）。


対策としては、ビンが割れないように、一度に満タンにレジンを入れないこと、
2〜3回に分けて入れることが良いかと考えます。収縮については、ある程度仕方がないことと考えるといいかもしれません。
また、分けてレジンを注ぐと横線ができてしまうことは、改善は難しいのであらかじめ念頭に置いておくといいと思います。

Precautions for Creating Resin Art in Glass Bottles
Resin shrinks upon curing, potentially creating gaps between the resin and the glass.
Significant shrinkage during curing can exert stress on the glass, leading to cracks or breakage.
Curing the resin in multiple layers may result in visible horizontal lines within the finished piece.
UV resin typically undergoes a shrinkage of at least 1% during the curing process, which can lead to the formation of gaps between the resin and the inner surface of the glass bottle. When the resin is in contact with the entire inner surface of the bottle, the shrinkage can create tensile stress on the glass, increasing the risk of cracking. Additionally, the exothermic reaction during curing generates heat, which, if excessive, may cause the glass to break.
Glass is susceptible to sudden temperature changes and localized heating. Rapid heating or cooling can induce stress due to differences in thermal expansion rates, potentially leading to cracks.
Recommended Measures:
To prevent the glass bottle from breaking, avoid filling it entirely with resin in a single pour.
Consider pouring the resin in 2 to 3 separate layers to manage shrinkage and heat generation.
Be aware that layering may result in horizontal lines within the resin, which can be challenging to eliminate.
Accepting a certain degree of shrinkage as inherent to the process may be necessary. When pouring resin in layers, anticipate the potential for visible lines and plan your design accordingly.
