1. Received a low-quality chair, which does not last even a year
2. It Looks like refurbished old parts
3. I have started facing backbone and leg problems because of this damaged seat.
4. As a resolution Greensoul is suggesting buying spare parts
5. Customer support representative is very arrogant and unprofessional
6. This is one of the most expensive chairs on the market with a life span of less than one year

I recommend not buying it and going ahead with other vendor's chairs as post-sales support is not good

Almost 9-10 months back I ordered a green Soul ergonomic chair from Amazon and for the last 4 weeks, I have observed that the seat is not very comfortable. just a few days back while figuring out why this is happening I found the seat is damaged from below, this has turned out to be totally useless for me because I bought this chair for ergonomic reasons, and now I have started facing the backbone and leg problems because of this damaged seat.

I recommend not buying it and going ahead with other vendors' chairs
