we'll, I was going to use the generation 3 until it stopped working but I realized that the cord can be loose to the power switch, so I would have to replace the power switch because it was already cracked to the bucket. I would also replace the gray fan with a durable lexan fan, so I decided to use the G5 instead. by the way the generation 3 is from early 90s.
