I've had such a wonderful time working with this young and beautiful dancer over the weeks leading to our shoot in Batu Caves. Sakthi had offered me this chance to collaborate with her on a piece supposedly for Thaipusam. However, we had very little a chance to release a video so soon, especially since we were still under lockdown. But with some extra help from her mother, hiring a videographer and getting a permit to dance at this temple, it was all the more endearing an experience to do the shoot.
