1) Ask your bank if they are ready to take forgiveness applications.
2) Make sure you are done with your covered period.
3) Identify which application you can use: 3508EZ, 3508, or 3508S?
4) Create a draft application before you get online.
5) Save all your documents that you prepared for your application in a digital “audit file”.
