Maybe you are used to stand by your pot still during the distillation process, but you don't have to do that anymore, this app will allow you to measure and monitor key temperatures on your mobile phone.

With the DES Perfromance Distilling app you can measure and monitor key temperatures during the
distillation process easily controling the flow of spirit. The app alarms you if something goes wrong (if any temperature goes higher then it is suggested) and it gives you advices on what you should do in every individually situation, it gives directives how to manage the still, how to control and maintain the temperatures in the mash, column, cooler, dephlegmator and the temperature of the final distillate. It is your personal distilling assistent :)

Simple assembly or disassembly allows easy transport and montage of the rectification column provides an excellent final product and the quality of the distillate, as well as significant savings in time and resources. It also provides you with the possibility for upgrades, adding more segments to the refraction column thus obtaining higher proof alcohol, recommended for you high quality vodkas and rums.

-Electric heating (9kW) is enabled with the box that is attached to the boiler. Depending on your own needs, it is possible to use 3, 6 or 9 kW individually. On the same box, there is a switch for starting or turning off the electric motor, which is intended for constant mixing of the mash.
