The GTA V VR mod is one of the best VR experiences I've had to date, the full open world of GTA V fully available to explore in glorious, immersive VR never fails to blow me away. However this incredible VR mod might soon disappear forever... Take Two, the parent company of Rockstar, have filed a DMCA takedown request against Luke Ross, the creator of the R.E.A.L mod, which means the GTA V VR mod, Red Dead Redemption 2 VR mod and Mafia Trilogy VR mods are currently under threat of being removed from circulation. What do you think this potential takedown could mean for the future of VR mods? Do you think this DMCA exists purely because of the monetary gain involved? I hope this situation has a happy ending, Luke's mods are incredible new ways to experience some of my favourite games in VR and I'd hate to see more amazing VR mods disappear due to these kinds of battles.
