This course is aimed at delegates who are preparing to sit for the latest Project Management Professional (PMP®) examination. This course is designed to give delegates clarity on all areas of Project Management as laid out in PMI®’s PMP® Exam Outline (ECO), the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) and other reference materials.

The exam is based on 3 areas namely People, Processes and Business Environment.

Some of the things to know about the exam are:

The exam will be 180 questions
The exam duration will be 230 minutes
The questions will not only be multiple choice but other question formats such as fill in the blanks or multiple answers will be part of the exam also
42% of the questions will be on People, 50% on Processes and 8% on the Business Environment
50% of the questions will be based on Agile or Hybrid Project Management Practices

Our 5-day exam preparation class will give a clear overview of all knowledge and skills you need to successfully pass the PMP® exam. The course is partly based on lectures and partly based on exercises and mock exam questions.
