Goldfish brand Chinese curry sauce has got a really goo reputation as being one of the best curry sauce mixes.
Here is a review of the Goldfish Chinese curry sauce concentrate paste - how to make it (although looking at it, the amount of water is unclear - maybe that is because I am old though) and a comparison between it and the Mayflower curry powder that is available at places like Iceland.
Anyway have a look if you fancy trying this sauce.
