Garlic Bread Pizza

Ingredients For Dough (makes 2 pizzas)
All-purpose flour 2.5 cups
Salt 1.5 teaspoons
Sugar 1.5 teaspoons
Instant yeast 2 teaspoons
Oil 5 tablespoons
Milk 1/2 cup luke warm
Water 1/2 cup luke warm

Ingredients For Topping:
Butter 2-3 tablespoons
Garlic paste 1-2 teaspoons
Fresh coriander 3-4 tablespoons, very finely chopped
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Onion Powder 1/2 tsp
Chili flakes as needed
Mozzarella cheese 1 cup or as needed
Semolina as needed

Paneer Pizza topping:
Pizza sauce
Paneer
Mozzarella cheese
O4egano

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 20 minutes with only the lower rod working until cheese has melted and pizza is cooked through. Now turn the upper rod on and provide some heat to give the pizza a nice and golden color.
