In this video, I test the ZU80, the non-branded ZU80 mini LED COB all metal bicolor light, which cost me less than 40 US dollars new!
First of all, I test it with no light modifier at 100% brightness to see if I can get a correct exposure on my model, Carol, whilst having total control of my ambient light, then I test it using different Mini Bowens Mount light modifiers to see how they affect the intensity of the light on my model and the sacrifices which we need to make to be able to use this light for indoor portrait photography
The ZU80 is very similar in size and appearance to its smaller sister, the ZU60
This is the second in a series of 3 videos related to the ZU80.
This video is dedicated to the light output of the ZU80 for indoor portrait photography.
The other 2 videos in the series will be related to the features and characteristics of the light and to using the ZU80 for lighting video.
