Israel has declared UN Secretary-General António Guterres "persona non grata," effectively banning him from entering the country. Israel's Foreign Minister, Israel Katz, made the announcement, criticizing Guterres for not condemning Tuesday's missile attack by Iran on Israel. Katz accused the UN chief of being "anti-Israel" and claimed he was supporting "terrorists, rapists, and murderers." He went on to say that Guterres will be remembered as a stain on the United Nations' history for generations.
