Promotional trailer for the WB series Roswell starring Jason Behr,Shiri Appleby, Katherine Heigl, Brendan Fehr, William Sadler and Majandra Delfino, it’s an adaptation based off the novel series Roswell High to premiere on The WB Wednesday Night October 6,1999 during the Fall 1999 Season . This trailer was used for different WB Affiliates to promote the show between August 23,1999 and September 1999. Produced by Regency Television in association with 20th Century Fox Television The show was originally offered to Fox Broadcasting but was turned down. The WB picked it up for a 22 episode commitment, Between October 6,1999 until March 1,2000 Roswell aired on The WB Wednesday night following Dawson’s Creek, Beginning on April 10,2000 Roswell moved to The WB Monday Night airing after 7th Heaven where it would remain until The WB cancelled it in May 2001. UPN picked up Roswell for the 2001-2002 Season airing it Tuesdays after Buffy the Vampire Slayer (which also moved to UPN after concluding its 5 season and 100 episode run on The WB) until UPN cancelled it in May 2002.
