Описание к видео The Problems with Korean Work Culture | Interviewing Koreans

South Korea’s work culture can be stressful for many reasons. Many workers are often required to attend company dinners, which can go late after work hours and include heavy drinking. Seniority in a company can be more important than a person’s skill or knowledge. And Korean’s show company loyalty through working long hours. But that’s not to say it’s bad – it’s different, and there are pros and cons. The question I asked them was this: 한국 직장 문화에 대해서 어떻게 생각하세요? (“What do you think about Korea’s work culture?”). As a follow-up question I also asked this: 한 가지만 바꿀 수 있다면 어떤 게 바뀌었으면 좋겠어요? (“If you could change one thing, what would it be?”)
