Ingredients Required:
🍽Serving 4-5

*For marination-

Boneless Chicken - 500 gm
Soya sauce-2 spoon
Red chilli sauce-2 spoon
Egg -1 (only white part)
Lemon-1 ( or you may add Vinegar too)
Maida- 1 spoon
Wheat flour- 1 spoon (or you may add corn flour too)
Red chilli powder- 1 spoon
Salt- half spoon

*For veggies-

Olive oil-2 spoon
Garlic- 2 spoon (finely chopped)
Ginger- 2 spoon (finely chopped)
Capsicum - 2 (cut it in cubes)
Onion- 2 (cut in cubes or finely chopped)
Green chillies- 9 to 10
Tomatoes-2 finely chopped
Chilli flakes- 1 spoon
Coriander leaves- 2-3 spoon for garnishing ( I have used coriander in place of spring onions so you may add any of them)
Salt- as per your taste
Red chilli powder - half spoon

Fry chicken fry - 2 bowl oil

For sauce-

Soya sauce- 1 spoon
Tomato ketchup- 1 spoon
Red Chilli spoon- 1/2 spoon
Maida- 1/2 spoon
Wheat Flour- 1/2 spoon
*You may add 2-3 spoon of water to make a thick paste
