When receiving the content of Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang's application accusing Mr. Vo Hoang Yen of fraudulently appropriating property, the Ho Chi Minh City Public Security Bureau of Investigation and Investigation took action to verify and handle it in accordance with the law.
Up to now, the Ho Chi Minh City Police have announced that, through reviewing and verifying the content of the denunciation letter of Ms. Nguyen Phuong Hang against Mr. Vo Hoang Yen, have found no signs of crime. Therefore, the investigation agency has decided not to prosecute the criminal case.
This decision has been approved by the People's Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh City.
