Process flow
1. The operator pushes the door into the gantry loader process, and the gantry loader is responsible for loading one door at a time, and then enters the four-side saw after the centering operation.
2. After the door leaf is squared, it enters the double-row roller table of the edge banding machine, and then the rotating gantry machine rotates the door 90 degrees for the first short side operation, and then the rear-end rotating gantry machine rotates the door 90 degrees, puts it on the rotary roller table, and the loading rotating gantry machine rotates the door 90 degrees for the second short side operation, until the four-side edge banding is completed and enters the next process, about four to five doors per week.
3. After the door leaf is edge banded, it enters the oil hole machine for oil hole drilling operation.
4. After the door leaf completes the oil hole, it is assigned to the door lock machine for operation.
5. After the door leaf completes the door lock operation, it is stacked by the gantry unloader.
