This full body strength routine utilizes two resistance bands - one lighter, one heavier. Two is ideal, but one or even none will work as well! Jada will guide you through 6 different rounds, all completely different. You'll alternate between lower body and upper body exercises with some fire rounds to get your heart rate up. This combination of plyometrics and strength will give you the ultimate total body workout! Burn fat, build lean muscle, and take your strength to the next level.
