The services provided during the trip.

Event planner: assisting in the follow-up, before, during and after the event.

Venue: finding an appropriate venue for the event.

Accommodation: assisting with places to stay. Finding the best available options to accommodate all guests and bride & groom.

Yacht charter: assisting with chartering a yacht. Reservation and day logistics.

Production: coordination with the production company to prepare the event setup and all necessary details of the event. Sound & Lighting, Ceremony setup, other…

Catering: F&B delivery at the house and yacht, menu preparation for the cocktail, dinner and brunch.

Restaurant: assisting with the restaurant reservation for the entire group with evening menu and other details.

Drivers: Shuttle service for airport transfers + during the stay to the different venues.

Helicopter transfers: Monaco to Saint-Tropez, Saint-Tropez to Nice Airport.

Chaperone: Escorting clients to festive places to assist them in different ways, such as easy access, table control, orders, billing.

Photographer: Capturing key moments at the key places to provide quality memories to the clients.

Videographer: Capturing key moments at the key places to provide a professional video of memories to the clients.
