Putting Rhino & Cyanex to work in Netracell

Big fan of Cyanex mechanically, but it always felt lacking in stats and needing buffs from the warframe as well as some flat crit sources & other QoL
Big fan of Rhino, but never could decide on a loadout that made him feel both strong & fun to play so he'd been shelved for a long time.
I figured why not put them together, and it's been a pretty fun combo so far

Cyanex riven is +CD +MS -Status Duration, gonna keep rolling it now and then for a less punishing negative since the heat proc stacking is otherwise pretty strong. Definitely recommend afentis for the fire rate and reload speed but it's not super important, and using a primer instead would help it scale better if you wanted to do endurance.

Will definitely get around to putting an aura forma on him to run combat discipline for more avenger uptime, just been lazy with it.

Big thanks to ‪@amolistic_‬ for his rhino vids, my most used build is heavily copied from one of his and seriously recommend him for anyone looking to play rhino, I'm still pretty scuffed with him but getting the hang of it.
