My LAST UNBOXING from Vestiaire Collective | Why I won't shop on VC anymore | Part 2

I heard a lot of bad experiences about Vestiaire Collective, but so far I've been lucky - or they at least agreed to commit on a solution, when something went wrong. But this finally is a very bad VC review, cause I'm done with Shopping on Vestiaire Collective. They have terrible customer service and their quality control doesn't do a good job (event though you pay extra for it).This time VC really messed up with the Charlotte Olympia clutch I bought. It already started with a bad shipping experience, that took forever and which I shared with you in part 1 of this series. But after I received my package and unboxing the handbag from Vestiaire Collective, it just got way worse. Their quality control made a mistake, I received a completely scratched bag, that was listed as "very good condition". After some discussion the VC customer service agreed to accept the bag for a second check: but they didn't agree with me on the condition, even though their own terms prove, that this item should have not been listed as "very good condition" Watch this two part series within my "Ultimate Vestiaire Collective Guide", to find out, why I am so disappointed in VC, why I can't trust them anymore and why I'm finally done with Vestiaire Collective and won't shop there anymore.
