Filters can get quite expensive but there are ways to make your own which can save you a lot of money. I have been using bucket filters for years. They are easy to make and modify. I hope that you enjoy this tutorial.

Note: in the media bucket I also plan to add a sponge as another layer of filtration. I just forgot to purchase it before filming this video. Sponges are amazingly good at helping the filtration process.
