Can a beginner sew Rose Cafe Bustier Dress?

Hey there!
Today I want to show you my attempt to make a Rose Cafe Bustier! I made a bustier and not the actual dress and in the video I'm going through a toile and all the struggles that come with this pattern for a beginner like me :P Let me know if you made it yourself and how it went!
